Jessica Wellington is a dynamic force in the world of dance; an educator, choreographer, and visionary with over two decades of professional experience.
With every class she teaches, Jessica continues to inspire the next generation of dancers, instilling not just technique, but creativity, confidence, and love for the art form.
At an early age, Jessica realized that most available ballet dictionaries were hard to understand — especially for younger audiences — and has now turned her passion for dance and interest in writing into a new venture.
In 2023, Jessica and Olivia Barner (a former student, employee, and now close friend) founded Livington Books, an independent dance literature publishing company, with the goal of making dance terminology more accessible and enjoyable for dancers and educators around the world.
Livington Books is not only focused on ballet — a new tap dictionary is joining their collection very soon!
